This policy explains how Cerevial Ltd (“Cerevia”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through the cerevia.io website. Cerevia is the data controller for this Site. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZB965546.

Contact form data. When you submit the contact form we collect the email address, subject, and message you provide, so we can respond to your enquiry.

Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure processes standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) to serve pages securely. This Site does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How we use it

We use contact-form data only to reply to and manage your enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who reach out to us. We do not sell your data or use it for automated advertising.

3. How it's handled

Contact submissions are delivered to our support inbox by email. We retain enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it.

4. Sharing

We use reputable service providers for email delivery and website hosting, who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. We do not otherwise share your personal data except where required by law.

5. Products

Cerevia products (for example those on our subdomains) have their own privacy notices covering data processed within each product. This policy applies to the marketing website only.

Under UK data-protection law you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@cerevia.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO.
